If your parcel hasn’t arrived 10 working days after dispatch, reply to your order email and we’ll investigate.

• 30-Day Returns: Change of mind? No problem. Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  

• How to start a return: Email support@systemslite.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with the return instructions.
  

• Costs: For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll fix it—replacement or full refund, and we’ll cover return costs.
  

• Condition: Item must be unused and in its original packaging (all accessories/manuals included).
  

• Exclusions: Gift cards, personalised items, and hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened/used can’t be returned.
  

• Refund timing: Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 working days.
